Registrations submitted online will be confirmed immediately. Other registrations will be confirmed online, if we receive an email address and it is received by December 15, 2007.
Requests for refunds will be honored (less $20 processing fee per applicant) if notice is received at NCPL by January 15, 2008, after which no refunds will be made. Substitutions are allowed at no additional charge.
